This dataset contains data collected for the characterisation of carbonate-rich diatomite ores of the Elche de la Sierra deposit (Spain) at Delft University of Technology. The dataset comprises chemical data from X-ray fluorescence, infrared data collected with laboratory and portable instruments in the SWIR, MWIR and LWIR ranges, and Environmental Scanning Electron Microscopy (ESEM)
